Embodimental Therapy is based on my belief that our bodies unite and integrate our emotions, minds, and spirits. When we have unresolved emotions and fixed thought patterns, we hold them in our bodies. These deferred emotions and negative thought patterns often translate into some sort of physical discomfort or even disease.

By grounding our thoughts and emotions into physical sensation - by embodying them - we are better able to explore, understand and ultimately transform them. Appropriate and nurturing physical touch can be used to deepen the process. This approach is especially powerful because it allows us to physically FEEL when we achieve a shift.

I offer individual Embodimental Therapy sessions, as well as Intentional Bodywork sessions (customized massage and energywork). Please click the "Sessions" link at left for more information on sessions, rates and scheduling.

I welcome your questions, and I offer a free initial consultation to all new Embodimental Therapy clients so that you can meet me, get a feel for the work, and decide if it is something you wish to pursue.

Individual appointments are typically available Tuesday through Friday between 10am and 8pm, and weekends between 12pm and 6pm.
